HEALTH PROMISE
************************************************************************ 1. Our puppies are guaranteed to be in good health at time of sale. To keep this guarantee in force, you must have your puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian of your choice within five business days of delivery. During the exam, should your vet find this puppy to be a poor health risk or detect any physical health problems that would require further care other than required vaccinations and/or wormings, you must contact us immediately. We, (The breeder), are not financially responsible for this initial visit, or any other vet services rendered by your veterinarian. 2. Our puppies will be up to date on necessary/required vaccinations and worming at time of pickup. It is very important that you continue the vaccination and worming. Please do not expose your puppy to other dogs until he/she has completed the entire vaccination schedule – around 16-20 weeks of age. 3. Our puppies will have been vet checked and deemed in good health at time of sale. 4. This health guarantee does not cover any health issues caused by neglect or injury from the buyer. 5. This guarantee does not include any minor illness or health issues such as colds, allergies, internal or external parasites or hernias. However, We, (The breeder), will disclose any known illness or health issues prior to the sale. 6. We, (The breeder), assume no responsibility for any medical expenses incurred after the sale. 7. We, (The breeder), do not assume any responsibility for training difficulties or behavioural problems. 8. We, (The breeder), do not guarantee size. 9. We, (The breeder), do require spay/neutering of your new puppy at the appropriate time of development. This will be discussed during the purchase process.
10. We, (The breeder), give a one year guarantee against any genetic issues that may affect the puppy. If this should occur the buyer must provide veterinary confirmation of the issue. The puppy must be returned to the breeder, if breeder desires, and the buyer will receive another puppy when one is available. NO REFUND of purchase price will be given, only replacement of puppy. 11. ALL of our breeding dogs have been DNA verified as 100% Pure Beagle. There has not been any 'designer breeding' in order to achieve size or other characteristics. 12. ALL of our breeding dogs are registered with OEPBA, so you can be assured of consistancy and authenticity of the puppy.
